1. Using our services
These terms apply to KICKOFF Sports Bar’s website and app. By using these services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using them. These terms do not remove any rights you have under applicable consumer or data protection law.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for providing accurate profile information and keeping your account access secure. Do not impersonate others, post unlawful or abusive content, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt services, or misuse the match finder. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks or legal requirements.
3. Reservations and venue visits
Reservations are handled through SevenRooms. Availability, booking confirmation, deposits, cancellation conditions and any other booking requirements are those shown at booking or communicated by the venue. Opening hours and screening schedules may change. Venue entry and alcohol service are subject to applicable age requirements and venue rules; proof of age may be required.
4. Menus, prices and offers
Menus, prices, weekly offers and event details may change and are subject to availability and the conditions displayed for each offer. Please confirm current prices, offer eligibility, allergens and dietary requirements with staff before ordering. Website information is not a guarantee of availability.
5. Sports information and AI match finder
Fixtures, kickoff times and broadcast availability may change. The match finder uses AI and may produce inaccurate or outdated information. Its responses do not guarantee that a match will be screened at KICKOFF. Confirm important details with the venue or an authoritative fixture source. Do not submit sensitive personal information in match-finder messages.
6. External services
Links and embedded content may take you to services operated by third parties, including reservation, messaging, mapping and fixture providers. Their own terms and privacy policies apply. We do not control their content, availability or handling of your information.
7. Intellectual property
KICKOFF branding and original site content belong to their respective rights holders. You may use the app for personal, lawful purposes. Do not reproduce or commercially exploit protected content without permission. Third-party names, logos and sports marks remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Availability and responsibility
We aim to keep information accurate and services available, but interruptions and errors may occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on inaccurate third-party or AI information or by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer protections.
9. Privacy, account closure and changes
Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled. You can request account deletion through the Profile page. We may update these terms to reflect changes to services or legal requirements. The latest version is shown here with its update date.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Nigeria. Please contact us first to seek a resolution to any concern. Where a dispute cannot be resolved, applicable legal remedies remain available through the competent authorities or courts.
